01 INTRODUCTION CALL
Your journey starts here.
Kick things off with a welcome call from your Franchise Development Manager and onboarding coach. Then, meet the department leads who’ll support you along the way. We’ll get you set up on Basecamp and into some easy prep to get you ready for training.
02 PRE-LAUNCH COACHING
In the weeks leading up to training, you’ll connect 2–3 times a week with our Franchise Development Manager or your coach. You’ll work through assignments and prep to make the most of the 101 training sessions.
03 VIRTUAL TRAINING
Your training kicks off from the comfort of your home! In week one, you’ll get hands-on with business planning, marketing essentials, and our advanced paint systems. Then, in week two, you’ll learn how to use our proprietary quoting software to streamline your operations and set you up for success.
04 IN-PERSON TRAINING
Time to get hands-on.
In week three, you’ll join us in Miami for in-person training. You’ll master the Spray-Net sales process, get set up in QuickBooks, tour our distribution center, and roll up your sleeves for hands-on experience with our products.
05 SHADOW WEEK
Shadow a pro in action.
In week four, you’ll spend time on-site with an experienced franchisee. You’ll see real projects in action, follow the production team, and sit in on consultations—so you can bring those insights back to your own launch.
06 SALES TRAINING
You’ll spend two days with your coach refining your consultation skills. From handling objections to closing confidently, you’ll be ready to convert leads into happy customers.
07 BACKLOG BUILDING + ONGOING COACHING
Start filling your $50k production backlog—this gives you a strong runway for your first 4–6 weeks of jobs. You’ll also continue weekly coaching with your dedicated coach to support your growth.
08 ON-SITE EXTERIOR TRAINING
Once you’ve built up a small backlog of exterior jobs, we’ll come on-site to guide you through one of your early projects. You’ll get hands-on training with our products, processes, and equipment—right in the field, with real customers. It’s a chance to apply everything you’ve learned with expert support at your side, when it makes the most sense operationally.
09 ON-SITE KITCHEN TRAINING
Your first kitchen cabinet job is a key milestone, and we’ll be there to support you. Our team will join you on-site to walk you through each step, ensuring you’re set up for success with the tools, techniques, and quality standards that define the Spray-Net brand.
10 OPTIMIZATION VISIT
Fine-tune your operations.
After you’ve completed a few jobs and settled into your routine, we’ll schedule an optimization visit. This in-person session is designed to review your operations, offer personalized recommendations, and ensure you’re running as efficiently and profitably as possible.
